GOO MAN OR GOD’S MAN – WHO ARE YOU?
What is your purpose in life and why are you here? If you are just a blob of protoplasm by random chance then life really has little purpose or meaning. After all, your blob of protoplasm would not be responsible to anyone! How utterly depressing is this? However, suppose for a moment someone knew of you before you ever existed and placed you here for a reason and a purpose! A Creator God gives pizzazz to life, a reason to exist and a hope for a glorious eternity!
At Lincoln Community Church we want you to find the pizzazz that’s missing in your life. I believe the Creator is just waiting to connect with His creation of which you are of His greatest. You are created in the image of God with intellect, emotion and choice! You can choose whose you will be! You can choose to just be a blob of protoplasm or you can choose to discover you are a wonderful creation of God with purpose and a hope and plan for each new day!

This guy discovered why he was born! Do you rise in the morning and say, “May I always live with you God?” Perhaps you struggle so much with life you can’t even raise your head? Are you living a defeated life and dragging your kids into the same hole you have dug for yourself? Strong words, yes… but we want you to know that the Living God has a plan for you and you can pull yourself out of the evolutionary goo and realize God has thoughts of you and a purpose!
Make this the year to discover why you are here and decide to raise your children in the knowledge of their Maker. Parents, if it is not important to you it will not be important to them! “Point your kids in the right direction— when they're old they won't be lost” is an old proverb that has never been more appropriate for the times in which we live!
